ABOUT US

Based in Rogers, the MN ROYALS are a competitive fastpitch club founded in 2020.   We serve the Northwest Metro Area of the Twin Cities and attract players who are looking to compete against the best teams in the 5 state area.  We provide a year-round season that starts in the fall and includes a full schedule of practices, off-season training, league games and both local and out of state tournaments.  The training and development of these players along with a competitive game schedule are the highest priorities of this program.

Our culture and environment are built with a "Player First" mindset.  Our program is successful if and when the players build strong friendships, an understanding of teamwork and the confidence to challenge their own potential in support of themselves and their team.  MN Royals coaches and program directors are focused and committed to helping create this environment and opportunity for the players.

We support multi-sport athletes and understand that their love for the game and their teammates is not compromised based on other life passions and commitments.  During the primary softball season you are expected to make all scheduled softball practices and games and make softball your primary sport.

• We are currently forming 1 team at 14U and 1 team at 16U for the 2024/25 season

2024/25 SEASON SCHEDULE: 

Fall Season (Late August - October)

• Multiple practices per week (2-3) starting in August

• Games and Tournaments (3-5) tournaments

Winter Season (November - February)

• Training opportunities at Furniture and Things Field House in Elk River

• Instructor lead pitching and catching sessions (not included, but coordinated)

• 1-2 team practices per week

• Winter dome games and/or tournaments

Regular Season (Mid May - July)

• Competitive League Play

• Multiple practices per week (2-3) starting in Mid May

• 5 - 7 Summer Tournaments including local and out of state

Additional Information

• No games or practices will be held during the high school season (March 1 - Mid May)

PROGRAM COSTS:

We are proud to offer program costs that we believe are lower than most year-round clubs.  These player fees include participation in all 3 seasons (fall, winter and regular) from late August 2024 - July 2025

• $1,500 - $2,000 per player (depending on coaching needs)

• Additional Team Fundraising May Be Required

• Travel and lodging expenses are additional
